Waste Not.
Well, as I've said before, my husband is a frugal man. In a good way! But sometimes, he goes a little far. He lives on the edge of frugality and George Castanza-ness. Case in point... he was making a yummy little apple-licious dessert and was utilizing my apple-peeler-slicer-corer that's the BOMB, and this is what he was doing...

ROFL! That is too funny....what a great shot :) Sadly...I'm the cheap-o in the family. I don't eat the peels, but I always doggie bag everything at dinners..including the rolls, and I eat the ends to bread loaves :)
Now that's a manly man's way to get your daily recommended allowance of fiber!

Tell him... those apple peels will also not be wasted when drapped over some tree branches. Birds love them. It will also save you some serious dough on dental floss. LOL, great picture.
